WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive Compensation: A competitive salary of up to US$40,000.00 per year, with additional performance-based research incentives.
Duration: The Research Fellowship is initially awarded for 12 months, with the possibility of extension for up to 36 months.
Research Facilities: Access to cutting-edge research infrastructure and collaboration opportunities with leading research groups at partner universities and within the Vingroup ecosystem.
Career Development: Excellent opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, research-focused environment. While there are no mandatory teaching duties, candidates may choose to contribute as Teaching Assistants (TAs) by mutual agreement. After one year, the Research Fellow may be considered for Assistant Professor roles within the Colleges.

- Host/Mentor and Research Plan: The applicant must be accepted as a mentee by a VinUni scientist who will oversee the research. Preliminary research plan developed in consultation with a VinUni research team leader.
