Recruitment Process
FACULTY 200 RECRUITMENT PROCESS
1. Screening
Applicants will be shortlisted through a comprehensive screening procedure.
Please note that only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
2. First Interview
Qualified candidates participate in an initial interview with the Hiring Manager to evaluate their skills, experience, and compatibility with institutional values.
Candidates will receive a Research Plan Template as a reference prior to the Job Talks round.
3. Job talks
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to join a face-to-face or virtual Job talk, presenting their Research Plan to the Search Committee.
4. Reference checks
A minimum of two reference are consulted to validate qualifications, with additional checks performed as necessary (health check, police check).
5. Offer Negotiation
A meeting will be held between the Hiring Manager, HR, and the candidate to discuss and negotiate terms.
6. Offer Letter
Successful candidates are warmly welcomed with an offer letter for confirmation.
7. Onboarding Process
New faculty members will receive a welcome letter and a list of required documents to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
